Sadly its sister potato the premature ejaculater failed to go the distance
How about PGI status for Irish food so that dairy and meat products from the UK can’t be described as Irish? Getting harder to find chicken from the Republic in supermarkets these days and cheap Northern milk is taking over the shelves in some shops.
In ancient times the comber early it is said was used by the druids to treat impotence in stallions.
What about Termonfeckin Roosters?
You miised out one,I believe Noggin Grill Chips have had PGI status for many years now.
I have never ever heard of that potato.
But is it a Unionist or Nationalist potato?
or couch potato?
The same ‘status’ as champagne. Lazy, misleading.
What an absolute load of rubbish and general waste of money.
The game will be up on this kinda shite when the Brits decide they are going to make sure Cheddar Cheese only comes from the Cheddar Gorge.
@Joe835 was in Lidl the other day and looked at their Irish cheese and Irish eggs. Both came from the UK. I was less than impressed.
Last time I checked part of Ireland was actually in the United Kingdom. If this is a problem for you, then you know what to do…
I do; buy food produced in the Republic of Ireland and support our own industry!
There should be more of a big deal made of this; the National Dairy Council have a special logo for milk from the Republic but Bord Bia allow their logo to be used on chicken from the North – it’s crazy!
Northern Ireland produce should have a Union Jack on it so people know who their purchase is ultimately benefitting!
Hurrah! ‘Bout time!
