this building is across the road from me. i have been in it several times in the past year to visit the artists that have studios in there. To say it was a shell of a building would be an understatement. The floor is actually gone in half of the building. The walls are stripped also. Its cool in that it is so decrepit and yet they let ppl in there. However, anything over 2000 euro would be taking the piss
