Behold: Prancercise®

Oh, you better believe this is an actual thing.

Joanna Rohrback: author of the modestly-titled Prancercise: The Art of Physical and Spiritual Excellence and founder and chief exponent of the not-at-all hysterically funny Prancercise® fitness workout, which she defines as:

A springy, rhythmic way of moving forward, similar to a horse’s gait and ideally induced by elation.

Unfeasibly snug pants and dodgy wigs at the ready?

Let’s prance.

    She’s 97 you know – 97!

She also favours her right foot which I found quite distracting as I was wondering if it was because a of Prancercise related injury…

Call me a killjoy, but I don’t find this in the least bit funny or informative. That person is more than likely unwell, and is someone’s Mother/Aunt/Sister etc.

You can say that about everyone/everything . That would be really boring life we’d have..
