They are members of Cumann na mBán. Ruairí’s mother was a member and he was a lifelong supporter of that organisation.

That organisation also refused to accept the Sinn Féin ardfheis and IRA general army convention decisions to recognise Leinster House in 1986; instead transferring their loyalties to republican Sinn Féin.

Why is the Ban Garda wearing a ‘crime scene investigation’ jacket, is it a crime to bury some one now? More importantly, why so heavy a jacket in this weather?

First of all it’s a woman Garda, not supposed to call them ‘Ban Gardai’ anymore. She is videoing which terrorist scumbags are present at the funeral, and she is doing so because the CSI have the equipment (videos cameras, etc.). She is wearing a heavy jacket because of identification reasons incase any violence broke out, which indeed happened because of those deluded IRA scum.

It’s pretty understandable English, dave. I couldn’t tell you whether it is grammatically correct outside of Hiberno-English, but it is certainly not difficult to comprehend.

But pointing out grammar mistakes, you must be popular.

There wouldn’t have been any trouble today if he’d f#cked off and died about 50 years ago

There’s a special place in hell reserved for him and all who promote violence on this island.
