Any yokes?

The Cork News reports:

An exhibition on Sir Henry’s is being compiled focusing on the legendary and iconic Cork city music venue. The project, to be exhibited at the Boole Library, University College Cork from July to September, will curate materials on Sir Henry’s distinctive history through both tangible and intangible sources, including material artefacts and oral histories.

The project by DJ Stevie G; Eileen Hogan, lecturer at the School of Applied Social Studies, UCC; and Martin O Connor of the Boole Library, UCC, is to illuminate, in a fun and accessible way, a sense of what Sir Henry’s was like and why it was significant to the people of Cork and beyond. In short, it will be about the venue’s emotional, aesthetic, musical, cultural, and historical value and legacy.

Anyone who would like to contribute any memorabilia from the club, such as posters, fliers, photographs or ticket stubs can email sirhenrys2014@gmail.com
