Are those shelled pistachios?
But shelling them is the fun part!

Ya, I agree with some here. M&S are normally better quality, and thus paying that extra few cent per 100g is probably we ll worth it! …. Also … just a thought but this is not the worst rip off that the country is currently facing!!
Odis
Oh come on? I was in Dublin the other week and Mrs. Odis decided she was going to buy 500ml of still water for €2.00. Apparently, it tasted very nice.
DD
Lidl for de nuts.
They have big self service things full of cashews and pistachios.
The almonds over in the baking section are €1.79 for a 200g pack.
lawless Frilly Keane
Ya’d get a box of 20 cheese n onions for 6 yoyos in tescos to the moment
Roasted …not roasted…. buy it… or don’t.
same type of rip off appearing between dunnes nuts which are 50gms more for 50cents less than cratloe co clare nuts.
PS, practically zero walnuts in the cratloe ones either.
Yeah but look at the size of that CASHEW!
Bless you!
The second one….. the first is €2.39 per 100g, the second is €2.65 per 100g.
Assuming that the nuts therein are of equivalent quality.
The second ones are roasted, so they’re more expensive to produce.
Cashews are expensive.
Nobody is forced to be fleeced.
Some choose it.
sounds like a Batman quote.
“It’s not who I am underneath but what I buy that defines me.”
i got a dirty big bag of them for 2.50 in lidl there at the weekend.
You’re in M&S. This means you’re already being taken on a ride. Go shop somewhere else.
In fairness, if you look at quality for money rather than just price per weight, you might find that some M&S stuff looks pretty good.
Their corned beef is nice. Far better than SQ, Tesco etc.
Yep. An absolute banker when it comes to entertaining and dinner party stuffs.
So if you want to get your best nuts out for the in-laws, pay the price.
“An absolute banker when it comes to entertaining and dinner party stuffs.”
Entertaining?
Parties?
The Tiger roars again!
Yes. I occasionally invite friends to dinner. Not permitted in a recession, Bingo?
Shhhh! Everyone is supposed to be pretending to be too poor to pay for water!
Friends? Another luxury!
Are we missing the point, Kieran?
Yeah, but nowhere else does nice pretzels. And it’s hard to find salt beef anywhere else. For little treats, it’s grand.
Wouldn’t do the weekly shop in there mind…
Nuttin to see here…
that is nuts.
marks and ex-penser

i’ll get my coat
