Gentle veils of rain.

Light jigging on the water.

It practically writes itself.

Dublin slam poet, Stephen James Smith recites Louis Mac Neice’s poem ‘Dublin’ over a series of cityscapes and images.

Seedy and elegant.

I really love this, Dublin is a city full of contradictions, it’s a mess built on top of a mess, so so much history… But it works, all of it. It’s a gritty dirty place one second, and the next, it’s filled with laughter and beauty and charm you’ll find nowhere else on earth. Great stuff broadsheet, more of this :)

Wonder about the image on the ‘crooked deal’ line – perhaps should’ve used the facade of Conways.
