At the right time of the summer its possible to see the Basking Sharks as they swim just below the suface of the water :)
There was a great photo in the crew’s room of the Asgard II showing someone lying out in the netted part at the very bow of the ship, taken by someone up near the crow’s nest. There was a basking shark swimming along underneath them and they’d no idea. Bloody ma-husive, it was.
Thats what Clampers said last night,…
That was before I turned the lights on.

One of the nicest shots of the Cliffs of Moher I’ve seen.
Glorious stuff. Realised that the Blaskets and I have never met and this might be the year.
I visited the blaskets for the first time this year and instantly fell in love with the place i am planning to camp or stay in a hostel there for a week this year.
A week sounds bliss. Better than any spa. Enjoy ;)
