Why don’t they refer to the Dalai Lama as the “dalai lama”? Afraid they might upset the last of their with-it, right-on readers?
The Oirish Times is becoming increasingly irrelevant as the days go on, thank God. The only church “news” the Oirish Times are interested in are the ideas inside the heads of Fr Iggy, Mary McAleese and the gang. God bless them.

Was never a big fan of Gauguin, always thought he could restart his paintings and go again.
