I’d say Ripper Street too. I saw them and was going to ask but didn’t want to lose my awesome street cred by appearing too impressed.

DAMMIT! I wanted it to be Ripper Street as I’ve watched it and enjoyed it. Must catch up with the new series.

I just can’t justify paying for the amazon tv service just to watch it. But there is some great videos online of the vfx break down irish companies did for it.

Kate beckinsale is in town making a period drama too. ‘love and friendship’ or something. Could be that also.

Hatch Street is such a special street, especially with the light in the early morning. Hatch Street and Upper Mount Street are my favourite streets in all of Dublin. I only wish I could afford to live there! Can dream though…

There’s a VERY fancy looking house that’s just been refurbished that’s for let, just down the way from Cafe Sol on Hatch Street. It’s just before the alleyway that leads to the back of the Adelaide Hosp. You can live there!

Its the new film about Bindon Stoney Blood, apparently he spent four years in the back of a London Metro Police cabin, and all he did was smack a Judge in the chops

the remnants of bikes chained to the railings, security cameras on the walls, parking signs everywhere…how do they cut all that stuff out?

It’s Penny Dreadful. I work around the corner and they sent a letter to the buildings in the area saying they were filming today.
