Rusty was found on Saturday by a kind girl called Leanne [who took the picture above) who looked after him for the weekend and then saw the appeal [yesterday]. Rusty is home safe now with my aunt and uncle.. Thanks very much for all the help!

Nice to hear.
\O/ Yayy for Leanne. Now Rusty…. STAY!! Good dog.
Agreed but with a simple request to fellow dog owners – put a freakin’ tag on the collar with a contact phone number!
+1 its so cheap and will get them found forever
Norman hasn’t got 2 sticks to rub together let alone €10 for godsake.
i found a dog forlornly sleeping on a step in ranelagh, rang the number and his owner (didn’t live far) was like “how’d he get out there?!” a nametag is no use without a number!
yay rusty!
Seriously, Jimmy, a basic metal tag is less than a tenner! Still delighted the Littlest Hobo has returned.
I know dude, our doggie was chipped and collared before we even brought her home the first time :-) couldnt bear to lose her
Likewise, two black Labs chipped and tagged on day one of stewardship – many on this site might occupy opposing polarities in political standpoints but dog people are sound as a £!
