she’s clearly still in the drivers seat with hands on the stearing wheel, she can move at any point if a car comes up to use the spot. so there isnt anything wrong in this picture only the twit taking the pic as far as i can see.

Eh, no no no. Even if she is in the car she is still parked (a stationary car even with the engine running is parked) lenghtways across two disabled bays. Probably one of these people who feel they are above us mere mortals of ordinary drivers and so think they can pull up anywhere, anytime and go into a shop herself or let a passenger go into a shop but it’s OK because “they’re only popping in for a few minutes” and the hazards are on and will use phrases like “oh don’t be daft” and “mind your own business” when their chronic disregard for parking regulations are pointed out.
Eoghany
+1 .. This is a picture of someone driving, not parking.

Nothing wrong here. Perhaps she is waiting to pick up a special needs passenger and doesn’t want to force her/him to walk any further than necessary. Nothing to see here.
pissedasanewt
She could just take up one spot … no need to take up two. A person waiting for someone else is still occupying the spot. If somebody in need of the spot came along, they are hardly going to get out of their car and ask her to move her lazy ass.
Captain free gear
It’s a woman driver as well tut tut
JunkFace
This is usually a Homer Simpson parking position

Is normal for Stoneybatter, although usually this goes on more often outside the Centra.
“Special Needs Parking”
And let’s just agree: it’s not a man…
