    Childhood obesity is an epidemic with > 300% increase in 30 years and yet we are not allowed to acknowledge that overweight is bad and slim is good. People these days seem to just become fat through no fault of their own and have no agency. You cannot promote health because fat people will become sad and you will be accused of “body-shaming” or presenting an “unrealistic body image”.
