   Leo should be pushing for better investment in education and more funding for extracurricular sports. Kids aren’t going to go for a jog, kids play.

      A cycling club in every school would be an idea – when kids realise that they can actually cycle 50 miles it’s a life-changer.

      Eating sh1t food is having more of an effect on the growing rate of obesity than the lack of exercise.

      Exercise is good but diet is much more important for controlling weight gain.

         Completely agree. Your health/shape/weight is 70% about what you eat and only 30% about exercise. Kids are having too much sugar and processed foods. People need to go back to basics and cook meals from scratch.

   The only certainly in the UK elections is that the SNP will take nearly all of Scotland. That leaves them in a very powerful position in a hung parliament.

      I asked a Londoner some months ago on what he thought of how Nicola Sturgeon was revitalising the post-referendum SNP. He’d never even heard of Sturgeon. There seems to be more disenfranchised voters in Britain than I thought.

   Daily Telegraph went a step further, emailing its readers asking them to back the Conservatives.
