Exercise is good but diet is much more important for controlling weight gain.

Completely agree. Your health/shape/weight is 70% about what you eat and only 30% about exercise. Kids are having too much sugar and processed foods. People need to go back to basics and cook meals from scratch.

I asked a Londoner some months ago on what he thought of how Nicola Sturgeon was revitalising the post-referendum SNP. He’d never even heard of Sturgeon. There seems to be more disenfranchised voters in Britain than I thought.
