And dirty Martinis?

And big tunes?

Are you and a pal free TONIGHT?

Eoin writes:

Was hoping some of you good folks might be interested in popping along to a free gig tonight at Honest Pizza, Dame Court, Dublin For one night only (or possibly more, depending on what way the DART is running) 1

1970s aficionado, Ingmar Kiang, who has produced and remixed Bob Marley and U2, is playing an “aural collage” of 1970s-inspired tunes and audio snippets to soundtrack the best wood-fired pizza in town … we think it might just be the greatest combination on earth!

To celebrate … we have pizza for two & two house cocktails/bottle of house wine on offer for the best completion of this line …

‘Wood-fired pizza and the super sounds of the 1970s go great together because …’

Lines MUST close at 4.45pm [winner announced at 5pm]

Honest Pizza

Update:

‘Scottser’ has won the free Honest Pizza ‘n’ tunes.

Thanks all.

Scottser, in the unlikely event of my winning, you can have it. I didn’t realise it was for tonight and I’m tied up with being 190km away.

Wood-fired pizza and the super sounds of the 1970s go great together because Gluten I’ve always missed, with these pies before. Just what the truth is, I can’t say anymore. Hopefully the honest pizza will fix that.

Pizza is something on which I take a chance
    Honest Pizza is wired
Which is good cos Im wired
And the beauty of it has me in a trance…

Now that took a lot of effort…

‘Wood-fired pizza and the super sounds of the 1970s go great together because …’ just like syphillis on the body, its crunchy on the outside and tastes like pepperoni…

        1. Mulch

Sounds about right. The cocktail included with the pizza is a single plum, floating in perfume, served in a man’s hat.

  18. Ultach

Is “honest pizza” basically just some doughy white bread rolled flat baked with loadsa cheese and some spicy sausage on top, really moreish but ultimately unsatisfying and a bit bloaty farty followed shortly by wondering whether it was worth twelve euro or whatever and would some cheese on toast not have been just as nice if not nicer?

Because the cheese is so smooth it sings to the tomatoes: Stuck in the Middle with You.

I worked with Ingmar in the late 90s. Lovely guy. Very handsome too. That photo doesn’t do him justice.
