I’m sure every two-bit shower of extremists say all sorts of mad stuff in their own publications; the focus should now be on removing their influence from matters of State

Even more troubling is the arbitrary smattering of bullet points. Scary stuff.

Not to mention the excessive use of quotes.
Whoever write this tripe, do they really live such sheltered lives?

But since 1985 Murray V Ireland. Marriage in Ireland has been defined as not being about children by the state?

The last paragraph is actually true (or about to be realised in the near future). A psychiatrist recently wrote:
“In my study of communist societies, I came to the conclusion that the purpose of communist propaganda was not to persuade or convince, not to inform, but to humiliate; and therefore, the less it corresponded to reality the better. When people are forced to remain silent when they are being told the most obvious lies, or even worse when they are forced to repeat the lies themselves, they lose once and for all their sense of probity. To assent to obvious lies is…in some small way to become evil oneself. One’s standing to resist anything is thus eroded, and even destroyed. A society of emasculated liars is easy to control. I think if you examine political correctness, it has the same effect and is intended to.”
So the message from Enda and Gilmore’s Yes Children is: STFU if you know what’s good for you!

      North Korea case in point.

As for politicians here, no one has told anyone to STFU. People argue protest and bicker but its all very public.

I didn’t mean to include all the Yes voters, as the majority are decent people. It’s some politicians and agenda zealots I’m referring to.

The entire article is premised on the assumption that same sex couples who marry are unlikely to have children. This brings into question the matter of surrogacy, IVF and having children outside of marriage which is a different matter to same sex marriage.
