I am going to take a stab at the winter of 82/83. The cars and bus schemes, not to mention New PMPA scream early 80s, and I remember that snow very well :)

“We could enlarge the letters on this typewriter” replied the creative intern.
And by 10.30am Monday morning as the pubs were opening, they went to lunch for the rest of the week, knowing they’d cracked the pitch for New PMPA campaign.

Yeah the big snow was 1982 but the green Dublin buses weren’t around til around 86 ish iirc
I remember watching the buses waltz around St Stephens Green. Great fun. Traffic went the opposite direction to now.. just for added nostalgia.
