They (The council workers that you employ) have to put them up when they can.
So would you rather pay them double or even triple time to put them up just before the winter festival while paying them to do nowt in that in between time?
It’s not to do with when they go up it is all about when they switch them on.
It is you who should talk to the council about when they should turn them on.
