Hang on a second. What car can fit in that space? Shouldn’t have the crazy people in Blanch with the white paint have put a nice picture of a motorcycle in it or something?
but if they didnt park like that they’d be over the white line, so instead of upsetting someone they parked on the curb and didnt’ go over the line and was in no ones way. Perfect parking.
