Broadsheet Trailer Park: Suicide Squad (Trailer 2)

at

Suicide Squad

What you may need to know:

1. The Comic-Con trailer didn’t have enough gratuitous shots of Margot Robbie’s bottom. That’s been fixed.

2. It’s now confirmed that Ben Affleck’s Batman is in this. Too much?

3. Stop what you’re doing and watch this fan-cut of Batman v Superman. It‘s pure genius.

4. Jai Courtney is the spit of Tom Hardy.

5. We’re still not sold on Jared Leto’s Joker. Losing the grill would be a good start.

6. Broadsheet prognosis: Very, very frightening (thunderbolt and lightning).

Release Date: August 5.

I haven’t watched this trailer or any trailer. As far as i’m concerned this will ruin the (for want of a better word) realism created by Nolan’s batman universe

If you’re interested in films with a realistic feel to them, why not watch something without superheroes?

The two repliers to my post are simply contrarians.

Everyone agrees that the Nolan Batman stories have a realistic feel to them, it doesn’t require much (by comparison to other super hero productions) of a stretch of the boundaries of reality.

And how is Suicide Squad going to affect those films? Are they going to recut them and add magic and lasers?

thi should be great but it won’t be .
    It’s will be dire.

Yeah I think I’ll wait until there’s a HD torrent and then wait a few weeks until I’m bothered watching it cos there’s nothing else on

Suicide Squad is such a perfect high concept for a superhero film though, because bad guys always have the most fun and get to chew the scenery – in the DC Movieverse anyway where the heroes get high on angst – so a bunch of them at various points on the moral spectrum corralled into doing good at the hands of a classically nasty and Machiavellian spy agency really has potential. Er, if you like that sort of thing.

I stopped what I was doing and watched that fan trailer. After about 30 seconds I lost the will to live.

    So last week bs !

Regardsless of what the film is like, this is the best edited trailer I think I’ve ever seen.
