So she’d be happy to put SF in charge – a party that is actively implementing austerity in NI, shutting schools. have their own homeless problems, have a property tax etc.
Exactly what does she want?
A united Ireland
Maybe a little recent history lesson is in order. SF are part of an administration in the north, not a government. They, like the SDLP, fiercely opposed the cuts to the point where Surmount was going to collapse. What homeless problem are you referring to in the north please?
SF are a mix of nationalism and socialism which is common in ex colonies which leaves some people very uneasy. There is no doubt but that there is a dark underbelly but there is also no doubt but they have come a very long way. Have they come far enough? There is only one way to find out.
Either way, you can be certain that the establishment parties will do everything they can to keep them out. But they are far from squeaky clean either, and people are sick of it.
