Please play “Comedy” by Shack tomorrow at midday because they deserve far more acclaim and recognition than they’ve ever achieved.

  2. Cool_Hand_Lucan

Please play any track from The Denny Pie Collection tomorrow at Midday because Denny Pie Collection.

Please play (all 18 minutes of) Alice’s Restaurant by Arlo Guthrie tomorrow at Midday because it’ll be fun imagining heaps of people waiting to sing the chorus which takes *quite* a while to come along

  7. Mikeyfex

Please play CCR’s The Midnight Special tomorrow at Midday because it’s been running around in my head since the movie of a similar name was released recently and there’s something about Creedence on a sunny day.

Mikey, I was JUST listening to “Fortunate Son” and wishing I was a good enough singer to do it justice in Karaoke….

      1. Mikeyfex

I’m on Cottonfields at the moment. Reckon I could just about tackle that one, Fortunate Son might be a bit of stretch though.

  8. Daddy Wilson

Please play The Beach Boys God Only Knows tomorrow at midday because I somehow have to make it up to my baby daughter who was completely shafted by my lack of enthusiasm in my storytelling last week and cost her a new record player upon which to play our song because I thought no one else would try.
There’s a lesson there for her too.

‘Please play Lonely Boy by the Black Keys tomorrow at Midday because I crashed my car earlier in the week, and im in a lonely spot at the moment and that tune has always cheered me up.

  10. Clampers Outside!

‘Please play Slayer’s Chosts Of War tomorrow at Midday because at the end of the week, we’re all mere ghosts of ourselves after havin’ done battle with hipster demons and each other all week. Can I get a ‘FIGHT’?

  11. Bertie Blenkinsop

If the rumour going round is true, you should really play Prince – “Purple Rain”.

  12. Otis Blue

Please play the brilliant cover version of Sister Sledge’s Lost in Music by the Fall because, well ya just should.

The Fall. Always different, always the same.

For me, the Slave to the Rhythm 12″ with the Ian McShane spoken intro is her finest hour.

          Other Opinions Are Available:)

Ok so stick on both on after (s)he has chased until you caught. See what works.

            Enjoy either way.

  13. rory

Please play the exact opposite of Prince tomorrow at Midday, because you’ll be playing him non stop for the rest of the day.
Treat it like a palette cleanser, so the next course may be enjoyed with a fresh perspective.

Anything from 12 Gold Bars from Status Quo, ’cause it’s noon, 12… also my first vinyl purchase back in the day. No trolling – when your only 9 years old, Status Quo was cool, or so I keep telling myself…

  18. Catherine McEntee

    Please play, “I Get Knocked Down”, by Chumbawamba, as it’s almost the weekend and we all could do with a ‘feel good’ song to lead us into it :~}
