That reynolds reporter on rte was very nasty on the news. Gareth Hutch was murdéred and Reynolds said he a serious criminal involved in armed raid but acquitted at a trial. If he was acquitted reynolds had no business bringing these failed charges up. Didnt show an ounce of sympathy for the distraught family. Disgusting. The family should seek an apology ….talk of spitting on a mans grave.

So if the line was, ‘serious criminal acquitted of X’ …..that’s not a bad thing to say of that person…. it’d be a fact… should he be described as ‘innocent man acquitted of X’… that’d be misleading in fairness.
