Executives don’t shine their own shoes. Surely there’s an App to get some underpaid shoe presentation consultant to come out to your office, just after the Deliveroo chap has dropped off your chopped salad power food?

It only costs a dime just a nickel a shoe
It does a million dollars worth of good for you

I shine my shoes every night ( honestly ) and I’m as far from a hipster as you could get…..

A wha, 181 euro for a shine box.
For shining shoes or can store the gold bars in the bottom of it as well.
Only for them with tres expensive shoes.

I’d love one of those. Buy a good pair of shoes and maintain them and you’ll knock at least 5 years out of them

Are you joking? I’ve had shoes much longer. Buy proper good shoes like a pair of Trickers or Crockett & Jones ( any of the good Northampton made brands) and they’ll last 20+ years. Yes, they’re expensive but well worth the money

I have me a pair of John Lobb – the original. Not the Hermes owned version. Also. Best shoe secret in Ireland? Tutty’s in Naas….. You’ll have them forever.

how much? would you get a decent pair for under 250 or would you want to pay more?

          1. De Kloot

Lobb? Not a chance. Tutty’s… Handmade made-to-measure with personal lasts made for about e500… These, again are handmade bespoke shoes made in Naas for a relative song…

I’ll check them out. Sean in Fitzpatricks Grafton St is my man for the Crockett & Jones.
Tricker’s have an eBay store which is operated directly from the factory in Northampton. They have great value in shoe with very minor flaws in them

Gaziano & Girling would be my off the shelf shoe of choice from the UK… C&J are a very good standard…
