So are they dropping the USC so I can stop feeling like I’m being bent over and buggered?

theyre only dropping it by 0.5 percent. see, noonan couldnt drop it by more, because he’s giving TDs.. sorry… landlords, a tax break. So they can make even more of extortionate rents.

Kinahan’s Leaving Cert says more about the quality of teaching he received and the inability of his teachers to inspire him, not to mention the ghettoisation of the Corporation flats he grew up in, and the government’s Prohibition-era policy that has made bootlegging drugs a million-euro industry. From an Irish Times piece (http://www.irishtimes.com/news/crime-and-law/who-is-the-kingpin-behind-irish-led-cartel-based-in-spain-1.2525627) in February:

“Regarded as one of the most intelligent Irish criminals involved in the international drugs trade, Kinahan speaks several foreign languages, including Dutch and Spanish.
“During a prison term in the 1990s he studied for a degree course in French and refused temporary release so he could complete it.”
