Fair play to the Torygraph for actually doing investigative journalism.

Also good luck with Corbyn ever getting into power in the UK when he and his supporters seems obsessed with ideological purity and purging moderate Labour members.

At least the extreme right-wingers founded UKIP instead of completely poisoning the Tories.

“Blah, blah, blah – Loony Lefties, blah, blah, end of civilization, blah, blah, workshy etc., blah, blah and a few more blahs and harrumphs”. Yup – about the size of it, OK – but we have groovy street creds – we call the daily Telegraph the “Torygraph” – hilarious on so many levels.

Must be a conflict. They hate law and order but support all strikes.

PBP will be MIA for the next few weeks. Hopefully not SocDems…

They do a thankless job to be fair. A job I’d hate to do and get paid muck for doing it. Although they don’t have to do it.

Why? Personally, I support the Gardai. I think they do an extremely difficult job – one that I would not personally be prepared to do – and one of the most socially useful. They should be paid far better than they are and I do not like to see them pushed to the point where they’re considering industrial action.

I think, as a society, we need to get a bit more serious about what we require from front line public and civil servants. We cannot expect people to clean up all aspects of society in a meaningful way and treat them like their work doesn’t count.

Never mind, Custo: at the rate that ‘dissidents’ are whittling down Gardaí, they’ll all be dead in about 35,000 years.
