On a side note I’ve noticed a sizable portion of these posts are always the smoke towers.
When I fly into Dublin Airport they mean home to me.

In fairness, they’re p1ss poor relavtive to Battersea power station in terms of design.
Removing nostalgia from the equation, they’re not exactly beautiful.

Yeah they do, and not in a good way. If that’s one of Dublin’s architectural heights…. it says a lot.
Unlike Battersea, I don’t see Apple setting up a HQ there.
No mention of the Indian summer we are having.
What are we meant to save Poolbeg from? Is there a sea monster?

I was watching the 9 o’clock News on RTE., looking for something to get upset about.
I saw them releasing some white doves for something or other. (I had the volume down.)
I wondered, what happens to those doves, raised in captivity, released into the wild with no notion of how to survive?
Are the like homing pigeons?
Can they be re-used?
Then I remembered… There’s better things to worry about and I switched off the TV.
They keep the sparrowhawk population ticking over.
