I wonder if this is the first time something like this has happened to someone after a gig doing oppo research for a US political party? Is he scared of Putin, the CIA, Trump supporters or just a shady ex-spyaverse to publicity? Bet there’s a book deal ahead, too.
Also the dossier may be shaky but Trump first ran for president in 2000 Sir Tony.
I suppose one reason the Republicans didn’t use it – shakiness wouldn’t have bothered them – might have been because they didn’t take him seriously and preferred to use him to knock other nominees out. Thanks Republicans!
Yeah – most other times I presume someone would have pulled the candidate aside and said “Eh – what are you doing running? All this stuff could come out. Drop out”
