that’s been there for ages and is always busy. a good spot to stop for a cuppa if you’re in a rush and don’t want to have to go the couple of streets over to Starbucks.
Starbucks is pure muck anyway starina :)
precisely.
I wasn’t going to suggest meeting me there Mildred :)
Meet me at that little place I mentioned that one time. You know it.
The 5 Lamps?
* insert Inner City Dub punchline here *

We’ve reached peak ‘fab’ too.
It’s been there for years. At least this proves the rebranding gets noticed.
As for Starbucks, there’s one across the road if that’s what you’re into. Set up without planning permission too.
There’s also a restaurant next door in the same car park. Have we reached peak restaurant yet?
there’s a street on that street. have we reached peak street yet?
There’s a post on that post a few blog sites back
Have we reached peak stupid idiots posting about worthless crap in t’internet yet?
Yes
We’ve not only reached but bypassed peak peak.
The only ones peaking here are Mildred and Bertie.
I want to…so so want to
but I won’t
Oh my.

Buzz…wake up! and smell the coffee etc.
Ha! Yes.. silly me.. up and down that street all the time and never noticed it. Better call in now and try it!
They’ve been there almost five years, longer than any currently on the street actually.

Eff off, that’s a nice spot
I had several cups of the nicest coffee I’ve ever tasted in an all night cafe, run from the carpark of an Hotel I was saying at in Lisbon. Strong, hot, and drunk in a fairly eclectic company! :-)
