The discussion will mostly be a heated debate concerning which of the three speakers is MOST in favour of removing the 8th amendment from the constitution.
Its a disgrace. Especially since the church has been kind enough to have Colm O’Gorman’s tweets read approvingly from every pulpit in the country.
Excellent work, squire. *doffs bowler hat in your direction*
Sounds one- sided tbf.
Still, its advertising itself as a discussion rather than a debate, so fair enough then
Asana is ‘hosting’ the ‘debate’. Does Asana have a corporate view on the topic? Has Asana hosted any other ‘debates’?
Asana needs to FO and not take sides on this. Remember how tech companies rolled in to support YES? Same companies remarkably silent on equality for women in tech.
Asana can take a position on whatever they like; you are more than entitled to support/oppose this company on the basis of their stance.
” Same companies remarkably silent on equality for women in tech” – you’re discriminated – you might be behind everyone else or you’re wasting your time in a s-hole of a company. Either way – it’s your problem.
sorry rog_g, it was for the pretzel handle above
Asana should keep its nose out of this debate. There are three pro-abortion speakers! Where are the three pro- life speakers?
Oh poor little man
The anti-choice side can organise their own event with speakers of their choice; Lord knows they have the resources to do so.
“Free speech! Except for you because I don’t like what you’re saying.”
It’s not RTE during a referendum. There’s no actual law saying wherever X says “person A should control person A’s body” we don’t need to give Y a chance to call person A a slut and a 49% shareholder in her own skin, thanks.
