This morning.

Áras an Uachtaráin, Phoenix Park

President of Ireland Michael D Higgins meets Choctaw Nation Chief Gary Batton (above) and members of the Choctaw Nation of Native Americans.

The Choctaw Nation’s generosity toward Ireland during the famine was marked with the dedication on Sunday of a piece of sculpture, entitled Kindred Spirits, in Ballick Park, Midleton, County Cork.

Don’t mention Arrawanna.

Jaysus, there is absolutely no avenue we won’t explore, no dodge we won’t try – to try and pull in the tourist ‘dollar’. Yes lads, we really have sunk that low. In a few years’ time, look out for the “Tuam Babies’ tour and interpretative Centre”.

Its about time that the great land grab that was inflicted on all the Native Americans
including the Chactaws was exposed and the propganda propagated by Hollywood
depicting the Indians as savages was seen for what it was….propganda.
Perhaps the rest of the american population needs reminding, including Trump
that they are all Emigrants or the decendants of them.

I see comments were closed on the Arrawanna post. Hmmmm.
In any event, you’d want to tell Sibling of Daedalus about his use of the word “squaw.”
