Do you have two special male friends?

Would you like to give them a makeover followed by a slap up meal?

To celebrate the brand new makeover of the flagship Gourmet Burger Kitchen restaurant on South William St, GBK have teamed up with INGLOT and Barbiere to give a Broadsheet reader the ultimate makeover giveaway for a winner and two friends.

Ian Collins writes:

Dublin’s flagship GBK opened earlier this month following an extensive refurbishment, creating a stunning new restaurant with dining across two floors and a large all weather terrace. It’s the perfect setting to enjoy GBK’s delicious burgers, sides and sauces, from 9am for the new breakfast menu, til late.

With over 15 INGLOT stores nationwide, a winner and two friends will enjoy a complimentary makeover at their local INGLOT branch. INGLOT offers a wide range of cosmetics along with beauty accessories, brushes and makeovers.

Along with GBK and Ingot goodies, a winner and two friends will receive a Barbiere voucher each. Located on Baggot and Camden Street, Barbiere combines the artisan skills of traditional Italian barbers with the smooth style of modern Italy, with the team offering specialist treatments, hair styling, cuts and beard grooming. With a constant 5 star rating from their delighted clients,

To top it all off, Gourmet Burger Kitchen are also including dinner for the winner and two friends at the recently re-furbished GBK on South William.

My two special friends Mel & Conor deserve a makeover and haircut followed by a meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen because they’re coming to my wedding in August (Mel being the Best Man) and I don’t want any scruffy nerf-herders at my back at the altar.

thanks :) I’ve been told I need to tidy up for the day so this competition seemed like providence. Even if someone else wins, I’ll still be getting groomed and shorn a day or two before the wedding.

“combines the artisan skills of traditional Italian barbers with the smooth style of modern Italy, with the team offering specialist treatments, hair styling, cuts and beard grooming.”… ffs

My two special friends Niall & Darren deserve a makeover and haircut followed by a meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen because we’re all dads to small kids and look 20 years older than we are and have never have experienced such luxury!

  3. Nick

My two special friends Steve & Alan deserve a makeover and haircut followed by a meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen because they’re ugly and hungry.

Can I nominate myself? I’ve recently sprouted an inexplicably lush beard.

‘My two special friends Paul & John deserve a makeover and haircut followed by a meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen because they can’t trim their own beards right and have no clean plates in their house”

I’m angry today – was going to say mean things. Upon reflection, go ahead, let the good times roll :-(

‘My two special friends Richie & Emma deserve a makeover and haircut followed by a meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen because they both recently broke up with one another. As a mutual friend, both have confided in me that this was a terrible idea and they very much regret the separation. I figure allowing each other to look their best, prior to a “surprise”/get-back-together meal, would be a very good idea and a nice way to do some good.

‘My two special friends, Darren & Brian deserve a makeover and haircut followed by a meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen because Darren has just landed himself a job with An Post, after a few hard years of being unemployed since leaving college and Brian is Godfather for his niece in a couple weeks and is showing no signs of getting sheered and groomed.

My two special friends C & P who I live with deserve a makeover and haircut followed by a meal at Gourmet Burger Kitchen because: C needs some cheering up after going home to a very sad family anniversary and could do with some blissful girlie pampering. P has had bad luck with his beard and had Panti Bliss poke fun at his appearance at the recent show RIOT. I think Barbiere could sort him out good and proper!
