All of the crow family happily take on any type of bird of prey when they stray into their territory.
From my own experience it seems they annoy them into submission.
First time I saw a bald eagle it was being plagued by a crow.

There’s a pair of magpies that regularly hassle a fox into leaving my garden. They’ll be on the ground and sneak up and either peck him or kick him and then run a couple of feet away. Works every time, brazen little feckers.
