    To be fair, it probably means something to the person who wrote it, however obscure. I’ve seen quotes from Oscar Wilde spray painted along the sea-front in Brighton and pondered for a bit, then moved on with my life.

    The artiste doing this has a lot of previous across Brussels’ EU quarter and is known to the local gens d’armes. Unusual tactic of having a go at both the IRA and Queen Elizabeth II at the same time. Wasnt fond of Enda either. On this occasion he hasnt used the terms “rats” or “paedophiles” .
