Yikes.
Its still a rip, but as an all inclusive student centered space its not too bad. Halls accommodation out in Dartry is only slightly cheaper.
All the student accommodation popping up are like this. Its certainly not the average student paying this.
No its not, and it wouldn’t be recommended beyond first year really, very difficult to find house share solutions when you don’t know anyone and have no prior references.
Lol. €1035 per month to live in a 7 room apartment house share.
Hello…games room.
Looks okay to me, and probably includes cleaning and maintenance? Many a farmer down the country can afford this for their kids.
Yeah and you’re paying for the farmer
I know of a family, 3 kids, relatively poor with a house in the sticks, way out…
They could not get any grants for their kids on their 2 wages (low wages, one part time one full, but combined still very poor)
The farmer next door, worth millions, could get grants for his. Joke.
How do you know he’s worth millions. Have you seen his bank account.
All landlords must maintain their properties. This is €1035 for a house share with 5 other people.
I wonder is there much riding done…
I remember friends of mine went on a J1
They found accommodation, a group of lads and lasses
The landlord said they could have accomodation at dramatically reduced rate if they’d let him put cameras in all the rooms for people to look at online…
Creepsolution?
Keep going
Hahaha
All that AND the tax relief as well?
Result, I’d say.
€239 a week for a student. Isn’t it great how the Free Market sorts everything out so fairly.
Amazing how it even lets you flourish
Most colleges here in the U.S. charge around $10 grand per year for student accomodation including meals.
get em in debt young and slaves to the system
I don’t disagree, this notion that you must attend college right after secondary school is a crazy one. Let kids get a little life experience before committing to these programs and the enormous expense. My friend is paying $70 grand a year for four years to send his son to Boston University, its madness.
I shudder at the memories…
You’re probably sound yerself, but yer Ma….
She has a lot of spunk in her and I respect that

Bookwise is not wise.
You need more than that.
