Interestingly. I kinda understood you Frilly – I’m not entirely sure how that figures in my psyche – An Toaiseach cosying up to the British PM – it is a tad incongruous. To be fair, I guess Fine Gael are traditionally Tory – Aligned.
Every time I see him, it’s a reminder that I should vote. I vote North and South. (I’m a resident of both sides of the border). It’s the people who don’t vote that are the decision makers. There’s been a lot of references to “Waking Up” during the week. What with Galway winning a couple of weeks ago, the West’s awake.
Without wanting to do the whole W.B Yeats thing, actually, it seems I am going to go ahead and do it, nonetheless, “Was it for this?”.

re. that stab wan on the front of the guardian…just when you think some of our own judges make strange decisions

“A judge caused controversy earlier this year when he reportedly told Lavinia Woodward that a jail term could damage her prospects of a medical career and would be too severe as a result.”

      That’s outrageous.

We don’t know the details, although a personality disorder, an eating disorder and drug and alcohol addiction wouldn’t exactly earmark her as best suited to a career as a surgeon.

Does anyone else think Ryanair might have engineered the flight cancellation fiasco to bring down the share price so they could buy them back below cost?

well….she defo seems to like playing with the oul Sheffield Steel now doesn’t she?! but then so does my local pork butcher

Ryanair? decent plot line there but I tend to think they were simply playing this operating strategy/business model and getting away with it for years getting the numbers in but the wheels just fell off.
I’d guess they’ll shore this up now by wheeling in some serious Ops Director and over compensate on the pilot and customer service side to keep the market share sound. If they don’t it’s trouble.

Can’t say that I have, edlacious. I know a psychiatrist though who is certifiable. Naturally, he’s employed by the State.
