On The Ray D’Arcy Show

Sinead Harrington writes:

Former Head Coach of the Irish Boxing Team Billy Walsh will join Ray for his first in-depth TV interview since his controversial resignation two years ago.

Singer and songwriter Markus Feehily will join Ray in studio to chat about the exciting news that he will support Mariah Carey during her 2017 Christmas tour later this year.

Following its popularity last year Good News is back and this time it’s Teresa Mannion who takes to the newsdesk to bring us some feel good news from all over the country

And Ray’s House hunt is back…the game of speed, memory and stamina that anyone can play for money from the comfort of their own home.

We, I and you live in an age of digital television. 1000s of tv channels from all over the world, box sets, satellite dishes, linux boxes, streaming websites, millons of videos on YouTube and vimeo. Most of them free bar the price of your internet provider, yet there are people today actually paying 170 euro a year to watch 1 of 2 channels provided by the state broadcaster.
And this soulless pointless drivel is the peak of Saturday night entertainment.
Don’t even start me on the LateLate, I fully expect Rays guests to be on the LateLate next week and to do the rounds on Radio1 and 2fm in between.
