Last night,

Scientology’s Ideal Org, Firhouse Road, Dublin 24.

Your Best friend writes:

In this video, we can see private security forcefully pulling protester John McGhee off the wall surrounding the Scientology compound.

Please join the protest tomorrow at 2:30 at the building. Scientology are not welcome in Firhouse. I Also wanted to thank whoever the lads were dropping leaflets around Firhouse last night. Leaflet and more info here

Nine day wonder. The last crowd of godbotherers left it derelict, and without charitable or tax exempt status, $cientology probably won’t last too long there either. There’s not too many gullibles with the bank balances needed to keep Miscavidge and Cruise in clams.

Althought, possibly they’re installing themselve here like Apple, Intel etc to avail of criminally low corporation tax rates.

Make sure not to go directly home after or else you will be followed, harassed and smear campaigned by the sea-org drones. I would recommend changing cars a few times and give them the slip just to be on the safe side.

Jaysus – the security guard is just taking care of a vacant property he is being paid to guard; he has enough to
be worried about without you shouting your slogans at him.

He seemed to get your man off the wall with a minimum of fuss and a great deal more patience than most people could muster.

    1. Dermie

Agreed. Bloke doing the filming seems a bit of an annoying little man to me. Security guard is only doing his job FFS

      1. Rob_G

I imagine that if that eejit fell off the hoarding and hurt himself, the security guard would get a b0ll0cking, and possibly have some sort of form to fill out.

        1. Hayley Murfin

He is not an eejit- he is a very kind concerned man who as well as working 7 days a week, campaigns to expose the abuses of a criminal cult. I guess you are happy to sit back and let them infiltrate Dublin. Scientology are now allied to two other cults- Nation of Islam and Wakefield ant-vaxxers. They are buying up properties in Dublin at huge discounts and filling them with overseas cult staff- soon they will be bribing officials as they do in Clearwater in Florida. At least John is speaking out and not submitting.

          1. Rob_G

Well, I’m sure that in peeing off some security guard who no doubt couldn’t give a fig about Scientology, John truly struck a blow against the Scientology, the Nation of Islam, the Freemason, the Knights Templar, and any other shadowy organisation that is part of your vast and wacky conspiracy.

    2. spudnick

While it’s true that the security guard is just doing a job he’s paid to do, that doesn’t make the protester’s point less valid. Your lumping of Scientology in with paranoid nutjob conspiracies is way off – these fellas are all too real.

  4. postmanpat

“he has enough to be worried about” yeah! like his boss locking him in a container to be beaten and tortured for failing his mission.

What tosspots. Security were dead right. Who does he think he is? And then posts it for the loikes- spanner.

    1. postmanpat

Maybe. But these lads are just raising awareness to a dangerous cult in the area. The security guards are the enemy and they played right in to loikes hands. Anyway, security guards are dying for a bit of action to break up the night shift. Everyone was having fun that night. Bit of adrenalin, bit of a scuffle, no harm to anyone.

Not only is their creepy compound surrounded by a massive fence, but they have scientollgy spies lurking around Firhouse in blacked -out cars. These freaks control towns where they have compounds like this one. I would be after scaling the fence to see what they are hiding too. They were in local bars questioning punters- trying to spread their control agenda. Why they need to occupy Firhouse is beyond me.

      1. Hayley Murfin

No. They have 3 sites in Dublin and this is the latest and largest. Mock me all you like. I have personal experience of how scientology harms people.

        1. ReproBertie

Nobody is denying that Scientology is a cult that harms people. This isn’t news. Them being a greedy cult and John being a campaigner against them doesn’t make this video a Rosa Parks on the bus moment.

          1. postmanpat

No one is saying it is, besides, Rosa Parks just coped Claudette Colvin among others and got all the fame herself because the time was just right. Maybe you can protest this cult the same way in six months time only after the mainstream news reports something sinister attributed to church of scientology in Ireland and you can come out looking like a hero instead of identifying with some security guard losers and thinking Scientologist are just harmless when they are not. Scientologists donate money to local police by the way. If they establish a foothold in Firhouse it’s only a matter of time before the Tallaght Garda will be beating up peaceful protestors outside this place and doing the security guards jobs for them.

          2. ReproBertie

“identifying with some security guard losers” – A fella doing a job and getting paid for it is a loser?

“thinking Scientologist are just harmless when they are not” – I already clearly said that Scientology is a cult that harms people. I said it in the post you replied to.

          1. Hayley Murfin

Thanks. I have spoken out for years about this group and lost my partner because of that. I don`t like John being mocked for exposing the dangers of scientology- he has helped many victims of that cult and been hounded by scientology for being a decent human being. Maybe if those security guys had bothered talking to him they would have learnt something about the abuse they are paid to defend.

          2. ReproBertie

“I don`t like John being mocked for exposing the dangers of scientology”
If he’s getting mocked then he’s getting mocked for the video, not for exposing the dangers of anything, except maybe the dangers of climbing fences.

“Maybe if those security guys had bothered talking to him they would have learnt something about the abuse they are paid to defend.”
Do you think they were doing that job out of love for the Scientologists?

  7. Mr. P.

    Tool.
Headline should read “Security do their job by peacefully removing a trespasser from private land”

If some shouty knob that I didn’t know the intentions of, was sitting on my garden fence at nighttime, putting himself in danger of falling and causing injury…he would be removed.

His biggest disappointment was that they didn’t rough him up a bit so he could be a real victim.

    1. Hayley Murfin

John campaigns FOR victims.Scientology hides behind big fences for good reason. Educate yourself on their history of abuse. Twenty years ago today: The final hours of Lisa McPherson’s …

For those who think the protester was wrong, the security guard was right, that scientology is a bit of a laugh……..do some research into this organisation.
    They are dangerous. End of.
I am not happy with them setting up camp in Ireland, let alone within a few miles of my home. I don’t want them coming anywhere near my kids or anyone elses. They prey on the vulnerable and have destroyed many, many families. They are demented and pure evil. IT IS A CULT.
The more protests against them the better. Well done to the lads in the video.
If you think they’re harmless loonies, bit of a laugh, don’t nothing wrong then you should do 30 minutes of research and see how you would feel about them being near your home.

    1. Hayley Murfin

Exactly. Ask John why he was there, research what scientology does to those who publicly oppose it or try to leave.

    2. ReproBertie

“For those who think the protester was wrong, the security guard was right, that scientology is a bit of a laugh”
There’s a massive difference between thinking the protestor was wrong and security was in the right and thinking scientology is just a bit of a laugh. Sadly, being unable to see that difference seems to be a common theme.

    3. Daisy Chainsaw

Sure that’s what all “religions” do. They prey on the vulnerable, make them believe the ridiculous and gouge money out of them for the betterment of others in the pyramid scheme. The only difference between Xenu putting souls in volcanos and a middle eastern virgin giving birth to a man who is both himself and his son is many hundreds of years in the telling.

      1. spudnick

Your tiresome, pat-yourself-on-the-back guff may get you internet points, but that false equivalence is making it easier for these nutters to hide behind freedom of religion. Yes, I’d love to see the back of all religion too. But this is not the same.

  9. Shane

Fair play to the lads making the protest any effort against these nut jobs is worthy.
Well done and keep up the good work.
