…Hurricane Teresa…that’s unlikely…but Heatwave Leo…I’m sure the Comms Unit are already working on it

You obviously didn’t spend Monday chanting “Don’t make unnecessary journeys, don’t take trips on treacherous roads” at a two-year-old, trying to get them to repeat it in an attempt to pass a very long day… I think she should get knighted, at the very least.

Her weather report was funny – but not THAT funny! I think the laugh was more on RTE for sending her out there. Hardly prize-winning journalism though.

Aye. Hold the Pulitzer. Although I think, when I was reading recently about them opening the Booker to Americans, that the Pulitzer is only for Americans.

Don’t dare mock the Holy Trinity of Irish bants.

          3. Father Ted (which is the pinnicle in fairness)

With you on the Father Ted thing. It was kind of amusing. Hardly warrants its legendary status.

And people who wheel out Father Ted lines should get beaten to fupp.

North Atlantic Winter Storms are already named.
If it gets to T it will be Tali!
Lets hope it doesn’t get that far.

And if it gets to T on the Atlantic Hurricanes it will be Tammy!
We’re nearly there on those just Philippe, Rina and Sean to go!

the US names the hurricanes and they are named out to 2022.
Teresa is due sometime in 2021!

I personally believe that tazers should be built into smartphones. If you pick it up more than 50 times in 1 day, you get a shock each time. It’s quite eerie sitting on a full train in absolute silence with all the faces glowing from their screens. The Zombie Apocalypse is upon us already.

I once see a picture of a cat pushing a watermelon out of a lake but you don’t see me asking for the cat to be knighted.
