Rejecting the apology from Colgan as “pathetic” is harsh. Its all beginning to have a bang of vindictiveness and politicking about it. I hope they find the peace and healing they are looking for. The self congratulatory tweeting from the journo’s involved is rich too given that it was an open secret for years. You’d swear Gallagher had broken Watergate from his twits. Still, no misery can pass without the compassion vultures wrenching their profit from it.

No, having harsher words for the people who break stories like this than the men responsible is vindictive. The apology was weak at best.

Varadker still spinning the lie that Ireland and Britain could have some sort of Customs arrangement between themselves. The chap just continues down this road of fantasy. I thought Kenny was bad. At least Kenny had the sense to disappear when he was aware that he was unable to answer questions. Varadker on the other hand loves to dig himself deeper and deeper into a hole. This is what we have as a leader? Jeez. Brexit? Fantasy Fallout!

Hard Brexit ? Bring it on.
The Moggster is right – Britain should walk away from the talks and give Drunker and the rest of those EU clowns nothing.
That’s put some manners on them.

“Them” as in “us”. The brexit fantasists seem to forget how bad this is for Ireland. The EU get a kicking = Ireland gets one, the brits get a kicking = Ireland gets one. There is no possible agreement that happens without Ireland losing significantly
