We had the unbelievable honour of being invited to play at Shane MacGowan’s 60th birthday celebration at the National Concert Hall in Dublin on the 15th of January.
This is the version of The Old Main Drag that we put together for the show.
Massive thanks to Sinéad Kennedy for use of the location, to the NCH Dublin for putting together such a mindblowing gig, and to Shane MacGowan for writing some of the best songs the world has ever heard.
Video shot by Jamie Goldrick and David Knox

Fair play, in fairness…
On a seperate note entirely, what ever happened to Kieran NYC?
he pops in very occasionally…..
Really enjoyed that, thanks.
Kieran made an appearance a few months back, listed who he liked and disliked, then fppd off again. Still probably lurking…quietly.
Did he, I missed that. He and I had a few barneys, so I can imagine where I might have fallen on his list. I hope all is well with him.
Oh you were top of the sh*tlist,, no doubt about it ;-)
Lol..
Formerly known as Lynched?
Ah the aul men singing loudly through their noses with Dublin accents technique.
The fact that they are from Dublin may have something todo with that.
Or perhaps they’re also all from the same school of singing through the nose part of Dublin too.
Lynched always struck me as a po-faced bunch. Their decision to change their name has copperfastened my belief.
They also seem to be mates with Rabble types and posters.
Yeah, Those young, talented, liberal bastards
