This does my head in. Last year, they had the roads at the Guinness centre dug up for months with paths blocked off and metal barriers everywhere and that’s not to mention the Luas works. You now have Christchurch covered up, the Dail covered in scaffolding and the Bank of Ireland in College green is now being covered in plywood. Right at the start of the tourist season and these must be the highest footfall areas for tourists in the country.
