its coming home…@20/1 its not the worst tenner you could burn

I’m surprised Russia are so far out the door, @50/1?

my own realistic winner is Spain, anyone got a pick? anyone know anyone who’s going out there to attend?

Germany are an aged team though. Belgium the dark horses, France could do it too as long as there’s peace in the camp

germany an aged team? apart from the goalkeeper (who’s 32), every other member of the squad is in their 20s – a lot of them 28-29, which is ideal

and belgium are well past being a dark horse

42 goals scored, 6 goals conceded in 10 qualifying matches says that’s not so

Yes, against such giants as Bosnia-Herzegovina & Gibraltar…

I said similar about them at the last world cup, and they fell apart like a wet cake against Argentina; the same will happen again against the first quality opposition, mark my words.

(And I even live in Belgium and can be said to have a vested interest; they will top the group and then won’t do much apart from that).

That news is brought to you by the same people who stated that Arkady Babchenko was dead..

        1. SOQ

Well at least he is upfront about his nuttery by posting under the same user name. Same can’t be said of several others of course.

          1. jusayinlike

Hah, I actually think the spook journalist doesn’t know the context of the conversation, and given previous lies, on the balance of probability can’t be trusted.

Tell me more of your rational thoughts guy who thinks Russia hacked the DNC and parrots Trump’s tweets..

          3. Nigel

Someone who thinks that there are people in the US who hire actors to stage fake mass shootings and terrorist attacks also thinks the likelihood of a dodgy state actor hacking a US political organisation is on the ludicrous side, eh? That’s me convinced.

          4. jusayinlike

Someone who thinks Russia stole an entire election and hacked the sacred DNC, and than mongers for war as a means for peace parroting Trump and May..

          5. Nigel

How on earth did someone with your keen critical thinking skills fall for Pizzagate and Qanon?

      1. Listrade

It was brought to you by a 2 year investigation by Carol Cadwalladr and more recently Peter Jukes. Jukes is pretty much as anti-MSN as anyone.

It might be much a do about nothing, even if the timelines are a bit suspicious and Banks may have just bought all that Russian gold at the same time Leave.EU got all that mysterious funding by pure coincidence. But it is still actual journalism being done, like it used to be.

Fingers in ears though, as long as /pol can give you plausible deniability. As long as a pizza restaurant without a basement is a hive for secret tunnels and child sacrifice is more believable than emails from those involved showing the meetings took place and what was discussed, you can keep substituting your own version of reality through denial.

Creepy Elizabeth Loftus fan, are you still advocating pedophiles by citing her listrade?

          1. Listrade

That’s all you’ve got because it’s all you ever say. It’s the chimpanzee model commenting, when in doubt roll up a handful of poo and throw it.

You’re now saying I advocate pedophiles by citing Loftus once? Nah.

Think about what your saying for once.

Or just keep flinging the poop because that’s all you have to contribute.

        2. jusayinlike

          “journalism”
          “like it used to be”

Arkady Babchenko back from the dead..

          journalism me hoop..

          1. Nigel

And yet unlike all the fake mass shootings you claim happen in the US, the fake death of this guy was quickly revealed for all to see. And that was just one guy. All the hundreds dead in mass shootings sadly remain dead despite your insistence otherwise.

          2. Nigel

Babchenko was shown to be alive. Unlike the victims of mass shootings. Curious to see if you’d ever admit the difference.

Had to laugh the Russian spy centre in Orwell road

But you know, globalisation is baaaaad. And it’ll be all worth while when we’re all back diggin’ spuds…

    2. bisted

…ah here…you know Charlie Flanagan is a ‘friend of israel’ so he has to say what he’s told…

  3. Cu Cullan

From the first throw in to the last wide, the entire spectacle is fixed. As fixed as fixed can be.

  4. bisted

…oh do keep up Frillser…it’s a ‘kick off’…the BBs’ have been trying for years to introduce this particular west britism into the vernacular…back to the mainland for you…

      1. Cu Cullan

Throw in starts a GAA match.. a throw in soccer is a side line. People don’t bet on kick offs. There’re random. A throw in is not. Which team, which side of the pitch. That’s where the betting goes. Every top flight game is fixed to a greater or lesser extent.
