Was your bike (top) pinched yesterday?

Was one of your readers the victim of a bike theft in Dún Laoghaire?

Joe runs the Dublin Loves Bikes bike shop on York Road, Dún Laoghaire. Yesterday he saw a thief steal a bicycle in the middle of my town.

Many people might decide to ignore a criminal wielding a bolt cutters but Joe followed the thief to the DART station and confronted him.

He has the stolen bike in his shop now.

I was out cycling [on Saturday] and found this discarded safe dumped behind Baldonnel airport, Co. Dublin. Obviously robbed as it was forced open and bits of the wall plasterboard were there also.

I had my phone snatched out of my hand the other week on the Luas. I reported it to the police and got a new phone. Obviously, yer man who took it showed off a bit with his mates and thanks to i-cloud I have photographic evidence (4 photos attached including above) of the fucker. Thought your readers might enjoy this beautiful bit of hubris. I sent them into the guards.
