A film noir style CGI graduation short by students of Supinfocom Valenciennes in France. To wit:
After a heist that goes wrong, a frail robot who was the driver of a robot mafia ends up being in possession of some loot he shouldn’t have, a human heart. Tempted by the opportunity of being like his bosses, he grafts the heart to himself and discovers the feeling of being alive. But those brief instants of life have a price.

atBoston Dynamics’ Atlas robot – it does parkour now. To wit:
We created the manoeuvres using new techniques that streamline the development process. First, an optimisation algorithm transforms high-level descriptions of each manoeuvre into dynamically-feasible reference motions. Then Atlas tracks the motions using a model predictive controller that smoothly blends from one manoeuvre to the next.
…and then kills all humans.

One of a series of ‘futurist films’ by global design collective Universal Everything exploring human-machine collaboration through performance and emerging technologies. To wit:
A dancer teaches a series of three robots (in this case, Izzy) how to move. As the robots’ abilities develop from shaky mimicry to composed mastery, a physical dialogue emerges between man and machine – mimicking, balancing, challenging, competing, outmanoeuvring…
…killing all humans, etc.
