Joining Ray on the show this week is legendary musician Sharon Shannon. Sharon, who credits Ray for helping her during her career, will be in studio to celebrate the launch of her new album ‘Sacred Earth’.

Ahead of the start of a brand new series, Ireland’s Greatest Sporting Moment, co-presenter Evanne Ní Chuilinn and panellists Eamon Dunphy and Ted Walsh will share with viewers some of their favourite Irish sporting moments from the television age.

TV presenter, business woman and model Amanda Bryam will join Ray on the couch to chat about her struggles behind the camera.

Internet star Cian Twomey will chat to Ray about how video skits of him playing an altered version of his girlfriend went viral and how he has now amassed over five million followers on Facebook, a million more on Instagram and fans all over the world.

And lovebirds Paddy and Joan Darcy, who are married 55 years, will reveal to Ray how they have navigated the waters of marriage – from youth to old age.

Masterchef’s Gregg Wallace will take us behind the scenes of one of the world’s most loved cooking shows as well as telling Ray about meeting wife number four on Twitter!

Brendan Courtney will tell Ray about hanging out with ministers Eoghan Murphy and Simon Harris; and he will also talk about his new RTÉ2 show This Crowded House which explores the issue of millennials stuck in the family nest due to the housing crisis.

Ray talks to swimmer Karen Leach about turning her life around after being abused by her former swimming coach, in what became one of the biggest scandals in Irish sporting history.

Meath woman Angela Scanlon will talk about the new series of BBC’s Robot Wars, and being a rising star in the UK.

Ray meets the Mayo teenagers Lisa Lavelle and Stephen Gallagher who went viral this week following an impromptu Irish dance performance at a cancer awareness event.

On the release of his autobiography “Any Given Saturday” Irish soccer legend Shay Given will join Ray on the show to take us behind the scenes of his goalkeeping career which has spanned three decades.

For the first time in nearly 20 years, Ray will share a TV screen with his old pal Dustin The Turkey on this Saturday’s show to take a trip down memory lane. And to celebrate we will be recreating the Den and are looking for Dustin fans or people who appeared on the Den get involved this Saturday night. Message from Dustin here.

Ireland’s Fittest Family coaches – camogie champion Anna Geary, Olympic athlete Derval O’Rourke and GAA legend Davy Fitzgerald – will discuss the fierce competition on the show and Ray will give them a taste of their own medicine by setting them a gruelling challenge of in studio.

Also appearing on the show will be seventeen year old Eimear O Tuathail. The talented songwriter’s dream came true when she was flown to Los Angeles to meet her idol, Ellen de Generes, last week.

Following his success on Celebrity MasterChef actor and presenter, Simon Delaney’s passion for cooking will be showcased on the show as he whips up tasty dishes and cocktails for Ray to sample. As well as sharing recipes from his book ‘Simply Simon’s The Diner Cookbook’ he will chat about his career and plans for the future.

Irish Snapchat star Paddy Smyth will join Ray to talk about dating with a disability. Born with Cerebral Palsy in his legs, Paddy documents his experiences online to show that having a disability should never be a barrier to living a full and fun-filled life.

Fresh from their gold medal win at the World Rowing Championships in Florida, Skibbereen rowers Mark O’Donovan and Shane O’Driscoll join us for their first TV interview after their biggest achievement yet.

And broadcaster and author Kathleen Watkins will join Ray on the couch. She’ll chat about the success of her book ‘Pigin’ and how she was inspired by her grandchildren’s imagination to create her fictional character.
