Permian Gate by Russian sculptor Nikolay Polissky was erected in Perm, Russia earlier this year. Constructed from hundreds of spruce logs, it’s about 12m square and shaped like the Russian letter for “P” (as in Perm) which is “П” (Пермь).
It’s nice, but it’s no Achill Henge.
