The Stag’s head Raw is the brainchild of James Elworthy (ex Tower Records). The gigs [Sunday nights] present some of Ireland’s finest musical acts in a unique setting, the upstairs lounge of The Stag’s Head. While the pub itself is one of the best known in the city centre, its top room is one of the better kept secrets in Dublin. It’s like walking into a living room however the key difference is it has a bar. What we are aiming to create with The Stag’s Head Raw is the warm vibe of Other Voices but in the heart of Dublin.
