Of the 572 complaints the commission received in respect of departures from Dublin, Cork & Shannon airports, 234 related to Aer Lingus, representing 26.71 complaints per million passengers per annum. There were 147 complaints to the commission about Ryanair, representing 17.27 complaints per million passengers per annum.
