President Higgins arriving at (cough) ‘The Gathering’ Reception on board the L.E Eithne, at Liverpool Cruise terminal, Princess Parade, Liverpool, this afternoon.
Squee was saluted by an honour guard lead by Grace Dowling (with sword).on the second day of his three-day visit to Liverpool and Manchester.
